MENGUASAI AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN DAN PASAR ORIENTASI: MENDORONG KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF DALAM UKM INDONESIA

UKM memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun mempertahankan daya saing tetap menjadi tantangan. Studi ini mengkaji dampak orientasi pasar dan kecerdasan finansial terhadap daya saing UKM di Indonesia, dengan kemampuan inovasi dan optimalisasi sumber daya sebagai mediator, serta dinamika pasar dan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan finansial sebagai moderator. Menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS, data dikumpulkan dari 500 pemilik dan manajer UKM di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa orientasi pasar dan kecerdasan finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap daya saing UKM, dengan kemampuan inovasi dan optimalisasi sumber daya secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh tersebut. Selain itu, dinamika pasar memperkuat dampak orientasi pasar, sementara kemampuan pengambilan keputusan finansial meningkatkan pengaruh kecerdasan finansial terhadap daya saing. Hasil ini menekankan perlunya UKM untuk mengintegrasikan strategi berbasis pasar dengan praktik manajemen keuangan yang kuat guna mempertahankan kesuksesan jangka panjang. Secara praktis, pemilik UKM harus berinvestasi dalam literasi keuangan, pengambilan keputusan strategis, dan inovasi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif mereka. Para pembuat kebijakan dan lembaga keuangan perlu menyediakan program pelatihan keuangan, sumber daya intelijen pasar, dan insentif inovasi untuk mendukung pertumbuhan UKM. Penelitian di masa mendatang dapat mengeksplorasi studi longitudinal dan dinamika spesifik industri untuk menyempurnakan strategi.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DIABETES MELITUS DI RSUD SUBANG TAHUN 2025

: Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a disease caused by disorders related to insulin hormone deficiency due to the pancreas' inability to produce it or the body's cells being unable to effectively utilize the insulin produced. Objective: To determine the factors associated with the incidence of diabetes mellitus at Subang Regional General Hospital in 2025. The subjects of this study were 90 patients with diabetes mellitus at Subang Hospital in 2025.

Method: This research employed a quantitative correlational study with a cross-sectional design using accidental sampling. The study was conducted in June 2025, and the data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test.

Results and Conclusion: The results showed a significant relationship between age and the incidence of diabetes mellitus (p = 0.000 < α = 0.05), a significant relationship between heredity and the incidence of diabetes mellitus (p = 0.000 < α = 0.05), a significant relationship between dietary patterns and the incidence of diabetes mellitus (p = 0.000 < α = 0.05), and a significant relationship between physical activity and the incidence of diabetes mellitus (p = 0.000 < α = 0.05).

It is expected that the community will continue to collaborate more closely with healthcare workers in preventing this disease by adopting a healthy lifestyle.

EFEKTIVITAS BEBERAPA VAKSIN NEWCASTLE DISEASE (ND) PADA AYAM LAYER TERHADAP TITER ANTIBODY JUMLAH LEUKOSIT DAN ERITROSIT

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of several newcastle disease vaccines in layer chickens on antibody titers, leukocyte counts, and erythrocytes with the hope that administering newcastle disease vaccines to layer chickens will have a positive effect on antibody titers, leukocyte counts, and erythrocytes so that this study can help the public understand newcastle disease vaccination in layer chickens with various vaccines and their effectiveness. This study shows the results of a total of 20 blood samples of laying hens obtained a picture of the blood titer results from the four treatments showed a picture of antibody titers that were still protective, namely ≥4 HI Log² with the highest value of 11.78 HI Log², with leukocyte values that increased with the highest value of 32.81 10³/µL so that it is able to provide better immune protection against the new castle disease virus, while the number of erythrocyte cells increased although it was still within the normal range so that it did not have a significant effect on increasing the immunity of laying hens, so in a simple sense vaccination with the newcastle disease vaccine is able to provide immune protection for laying hens with an increase in the number of leukocyte cells and does not affect the number of erythrocyte cells so that it is still within the normal range.

PANDANGAN CALON GURU SD TENTANG BAGAIMANA SEHARUSNYA PERAN SUPERVISOR PENDIDIKAN DI MASA MENDATANG

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang bertujuan untuk melihat sudah sejauh mana mahasiswa sebagai calon guru memahami peran supervisor, terutama melihat pandangan mereka sebagai calon guru mengenai peran supervisor yang seharusnya atau yang sebaiknya di masa yang akan datang. Resonden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2023 Kelas 33E Program Studi PGSD FIP UNM Kampus VI Bone yang berjumlah 26 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis naratif dan persentatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pandangan mahasiswa calon guru SD mengenai peran supervisor pendidikan yang seharusnya di masa mendatang meliputi supervisor sebagai : pembina, fasilitator, motivator, pemimpin, pemberi saran (penasehat), pemberi masukan, pemberi contoh, pengawas, pembimbing, pengamat, pendamping, pengarah, manager, evaluator, soluter, inspirator, pemantau, panutan, pemberdaya, dan mentor. Peran supervisor sebagai pembina, motivator dan pembimbing merupakan peran yang paling banyak diharapkan oleh para calon guru.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STRES KERJA PADA GURU DI SEKOLAH DASAR KECAMATAN TELANAI PURA

Work stress is a dynamic condition in which individuals face demands, opportunities, or resource constraints related to personal goals, where the outcome is uncertain but important. In Indonesia, work stress remains a occupational health issue, although comprehensive national data on the prevalence of work stress is not yet available. This study aims to identify factors associated with work stress among elementary school teachers in Telanaipura District. This study uses an analytical survey design with a cross-sectional approach, in which independent and dependent variables are measured simultaneously. Analysis was conducted to identify the relationship between workload, work environment, and other factors with the incidence of work stress among elementary school teachers. The results showed that 40 teachers (50%) experienced severe work stress, 74 teachers (87.1%) had a heavy workload, and 80 teachers (95.3%) worked in an unsupportive environment. Bivariate analysis found a relationship between workload (p=0.026) and environmental conditions (p=0.026) and the level of work stress among elementary school teachers. The Education Office is expected to conduct regular monitoring of teachers who are at risk of experiencing work stress due to workload or work environment, and to immediately intervene so that it does not affect their performance. In addition, positive programs are needed to improve the welfare of elementary school teachers

ANALISIS STRATEGI MARKETING PUBLIC RELATIONS PADA KAMPANYE PERILISAN GLASSTICK MELALUI INSTAGRAM MADFORMAKEUP

The increasing competition in the local cosmetics industry requires each brand to implement an effective communication strategy, one of which is through Marketing Public Relations (MPR). This study aims to analyze the MPR strategy implemented by Mad for Makeup in the launch campaign of the Glassstick product through Instagram. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The primary informants were the Marketing Public Relations team and content creators involved in the campaign. This study is analyzed using the Three Way Strategy concept by Thomas L. Harris, consisting of Pull Strategy, Push Strategy, and Pass Strategy. The results show that Mad for Makeup successfully built a positive product image through emotional social campaign content (Pull), delivered product information with strong narratives and appealing visuals (Push), and involved communities and influencers to expand message reach (Pass). This combination of strategies strengthened audience engagement, increased brand awareness, and positioned Mad for Makeup as a progressive and inclusive local brand. This research is expected to serve as a reference for the development of social media-based marketing communication strategies, both theoretically and practically.

PENGARUH SERIAL ARCANE TERHADAP MINAT BERMAIN LEAGUE OF LEGENDS AUDIENS @MOVIEMNFS

Serial Arcane merupakan adaptasi animasi dari semesta game League of Legends (LoL) dan menjadi bagian dari strategi transmedia storytelling yang digunakan Riot Games untuk memperluas jangkauan naratif sekaligus menarik audiens baru melalui media hiburan digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tayangan serial Arcane di Netflix terhadap minat bermain League of Legends pada pengikut akun X @moviemnfs yang merupakan komunitas penonton serial dan film. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner daring kepada 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji regresi linear sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antara persepsi terhadap tayangan Arcane dan minat bermain League of Legends. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tayangan Arcane berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bermain LoL, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,609 yang tergolong kuat, serta nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 37,1%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa konten transmedia dengan narasi kuat dan kualitas visual tinggi mampu membentuk persepsi positif serta mendorong minat bermain game online. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan strategi komunikasi digital berbasis naratif di industri hiburan interaktif.
