Sitinjaktumpal.rajasitinjak@gmail.comMichael Serafin SidikSidik@gmail.com<p><em>Perdagangan elektronik atau e-commerce telah berkembang pesat di Indonesia seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan hidup masyarakat dan kemajuan teknologi. Shopee, sebagai salah satu platform e-commerce terkemuka, menawarkan berbagai produk dengan beragam layanan yang menarik, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk menjadi variabel penting dalam penelitian ini, karena keduanya memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kualitas layanan mencakup kecepatan, keandalan, empati, dan jaminan yang diberikan oleh penjual, sementara kualitas produk meliputi karakteristik fisik, keandalan, daya tahan, dan kesesuaian dengan deskripsi yang diberikan di platform Shopee. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya kedua aspek tersebut, terutama dalam konteks e-commerce di mana konsumen tidak dapat melihat produk secara langsung.Objek penelitian ini adalah Aplikasi Shopee di Jakarta Barat, sampel penelitian diambil dari 130 responden yang diantaranya untuk pra kuesioner menggunakan 30 responden dan untuk kuesioner yang sudah valid dan reliabel menggunakan 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan dan membeli produk Shopee di Jakarta Barat dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner melalui google form yang memuat pertanyaan terkait dengan variabel yang diteliti. Uji hipotesis diadakan secara kuantitatif. Pengujian instrument mempergunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, metode analisis regresi linier berganda mempergunakan uji F dan uji t. Data diolah menggunkan IBM SPSS 26. Dari hasil yang diolah menunjukkan bahwa pada uji asumsi klasik memenuhi syarat normalitas dan residu berdistribusi normal, tidak terdapat gejala heteroskedastisitas, dan tidak ada gejala multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan responden setuju bahwa kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk pada aplikasi Shopee di Jakarta Barat cukup baik. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa kualitas layanan tidak terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian sedangkan kualitas produk terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained from 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the BEI (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Based on the criteria determined by the researchers (purposive sampling), the sample for this study consisted of 11 pharmaceutical companies. The empirical evidence obtained is that there is a significant direct influence of ROA (return on assets) and CR (current ratio) on DPR (dividend payout ratio). However, no indirect effect was found through ETR (effective tax rate) mediation. So, ETR (effective tax rate) did not succeed in being a strong mediator of the influence of the two variables ROA (return on assets) and CR (current ratio) on DPR (dividend payout ratio). The sample was determined by census or saturated sample.Empirical evidence shows that both leadership style and perceived organizational support are not directly able to encourage increased organizational citizenship behavior. However, if through the mediation of organizational commitment, then these two independent variables are able to strongly increase the organizational citizenship behavior of ASN employees at the Probolinggo City Education Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of research used is explanatory research. The study was conducted at the Office of Education and Culture of Probolinggo City. The population is all Civil Servants at the Office of Education and Culture of Probolinggo City, totaling 56 people. The researcher selected the sample using a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. The data analysis technique used is partial least square- structural equation modeling using smart-pls software. The results of the study show that leadership style can improve employee performance. Leadership style can improve job satisfaction. Organizational climate is not able to improve employee performance. Organizational climate is able to improve job satisfaction.
