Abstract

Well-being (kesejahteraan pegawai) memainkan peran krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan di era modern. Konsep ini mencakup aspek psikologis, sosial, ekonomi, dan fisik yang memengaruhi motivasi, produktivitas, dan retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengertian well-being (kesejahteraan pegawai), hubungan dengan kinerja perusahaan, dan pentingnya bagi antar generasi tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review AI (typeset.io) berdasarkan 40 jurnal relevan yang bersumber dari 3 pertanyaan penelitian utama yaitu: 1. Apa arti well-being (kesejahteraan pegawai), 2. Bagaimana hubungannya dengan kinerja perusahaan, dan 3. Mengapa penting bagi 3 generasi yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa well-being (kesejahteraan pegawai) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui peningkatan ketahanan, inovasi, dan efisiensi operasional, terutama di kalangan generasi Z yang menuntut fleksibilitas dan keseimbangan hidup, sementara generasi X lebih fokus pada stabilitas dan Y pada pengembangan diri.
