PENATALAKSANAAN FISIOTERAPI DENGAN MODALITAS ULTRASOUND DAN PROGRAM LATIHAN TERSTRUKTUR PADA ATLET SEPAK BOLA DENGAN HAMSTRING TIGHTNESS: LAPORAN KASUS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penatalaksanaan fisioterapi menggunakan kombinasi modalitas ultrasound dan program latihan terstruktur pada atlet sepak bola dengan kondisi hamstring tightness. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus pada seorang atlet berusia 21 tahun dengan keluhan nyeri dan kekakuan pada otot hamstring. Intervensi diberikan selama 5 sesi berupa latihan terstruktur (Smith squat, side lunges, front lunges, hamstring curl, abdominal twist, dan sit-up) yang dikombinasikan dengan terapi ultrasound. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Visual Analog Scale (VAS) untuk nyeri, goniometer untuk lingkup gerak sendi (ROM), Manual Muscle Testing (MMT) untuk kekuatan otot, serta Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) untuk kemampuan fungsional. Hasil menunjukkan adanya penurunan nyeri yang signifikan, peningkatan ROM, peningkatan kekuatan otot hamstring, serta perbaikan aktivitas fungsional pasien setelah intervensi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan fisioterapi multimodal efektif dalam meningkatkan kondisi klinis pada atlet dengan hamstring tightness. Kombinasi ultrasound dan latihan terstruktur dapat direkomendasikan sebagai metode rehabilitasi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas, kekuatan, dan fungsi otot hamstring pada atlet sepak bola
