This study aims to analyze the influence of Biological Asset Maintenance Management, Biological Asset Measurement and Valuation, Biological Inventory Control, and Biological Asset Development on the Financial Performance and Sustainability of companies in the fish and shrimp farming sector. The method used is a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis on data obtained from a large number of related respondents. The results of the study show that the four exogenous variables have a direct positive and significant influence on the company's financial performance, which then contributes significantly to the company's sustainability. In addition, several variables also show an indirect influence on sustainability through the mediation of financial performance. This study emphasizes that the integration of effective and efficient biological asset management is very important to create a balance between achieving financial goals and business sustainability. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for companies to optimize the management of biological assets and support sustainable business development strategies and increased competitiveness in the agricultural industry.
