INOVASI DAN TANTANGAN DALAM MANAJEMEN STRATEGI RUMAH SAKIT: SEBUAH TINJAUAN LITERATUR

Tujuan Penelitian: Manajemen strategi rumah sakit menghadapi tantangan yang kompleks di era modern, termasuk kebutuhan inovasi dalam pengelolaan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Tinjauan literatur ini mengeksplorasi inovasi terkini serta tantangan utama dalam manajemen strategi rumah sakit, mengidentifikasi metode baru untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi kesehatan.
Metode Penelitian: Tinjauan literatur dilakukan dengan menganalisis kumpulan artikel dari berbagai basis data akademik relevan, yang mencakup publikasi dalam lima tahun terakhir. Fokus utama adalah pada studi-studi yang membahas inovasi dalam strategi manajemen rumah sakit, termasuk adopsi teknologi baru, model bisnis inovatif, dan praktik manajerial terbaru.
Hasil Penelitian: Inovasi dalam manajemen strategi rumah sakit meliputi implementasi teknologi informasi kesehatan, model organisasi, dan peningkatan sistem evaluasi kinerja. Tantangan utama termasuk resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan anggaran, dan kesulitan dalam integrasi teknologi baru. Kemajuan manajemen rumah sakit memerlukan keterampilan dan perubahan dalam organisasi.
Kesimpulan: Inovasi dalam manajemen strategi rumah sakit menawarkan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi layanan. Tantangan harus diatasi dengan sistem manajerial, pelatihan staf, dan keberlanjutan finansial. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengeksplorasi solusi praktis dan strategi adaptasi.
