PEMANFAATAAN TEKNOLOGI ROBOT DALAM MANAJEMEN RUANG PERAWATAN COVID-19

Wabah COVID-19 pada akhir tahun 2019, membuat tenaga kesehatan mengalami salah satu masa tersulit dalam penanggulangan sebuah wabah. Kecepatan penyebaran virus membuat dunia harus segera melakukan langkah-langkah efektif dalam mencegah penyebaran yang lebih luas. Fasilitas kesehatan menjadi salah satu ujung tombak dalam penanganan COVID-19. Tenaga kesehatan sebagai garda terdepan menghadapi berbagai dilema selama penanganan wabah ini. Risiko penularan yang cukup tinggi, membuat penularan terhadap tenaga kesehatan tidak dapat dihindarkan. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi perlu dipertimbangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review. Database yang digunakan bersumber dari Science Direct, PROQUEST, scopus, dan Sage Publication. Salah satunya pemanfaatan teknologi di fasilitas kesehatan diantaranya pennggunaan teknologi robot. Teknologi robot dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai aktivitas diantaranya distribusi logistik, pemberian medikasi, skrining, penegakan diagnosis, dan monitoring tanda-tanda vital. Fasilitas kesehatan yang menangani pasien COVID-19 diharapkan dapat menerapkan teknologi robot untuk mengurangi paparan virus kepada tenaga kesehatan.
