KEEFEKTIFAN TELENURSING (TELEPHONE INTERVENTION PROBLEM SOLVING/TIPS) TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPATUHAN PENGOBATAN PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA

Latar Belakang : Orang dengan skizofrenia membutuhkan mekanisme koping dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang mereka hadapi, penggunaan TeleNursing/TIPS pada pasien skizofrenia merupakan peluang memfasilitasi dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan dan kepatuhan pengobatan.Tujuan: Mengetahui keefektifan TIPS terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pengobatan pasien skizofrenia. Metode Penelitian : desain penelitian eksperimen, sampel diambil secara acak dan dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol.Hasil Studi : Dengan rerata 60% pada kelompok kontrol dan 80% pada kelompok eksperimen (p=0,02<0.05 CI 95%) dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan bermakna dari TIPS terhadap tingkat kepatuhan. Kesimpulan : keefektifan TeleNursing/TIPS terhadap tingkat kepatuhan adalah bermakna dengan mengobservasi tanda dan gejala menurun saat wawancara melalui telepon serta rehospitalisasi berkurang
