TEKNIK RELAKSASI MENURUNKAN KECEMASAN: NARRATIVE REVIEW

Kecemasan memerlukan intervensi agar tidak memburuk kondisinya. Salah satu intervsni yang dapat dilakukan adalah teknik relaksasi. Teknik ini menjadi prosedur yang mudah dilakukan dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui intervensi teknik relaksasi yang dapat dilakukan dalam menurunkan skor kecemasan. Metode pencarian literatur secara komprehensif melalui database PubMed, Since direct, dan CINAHL. Hasil penyaringan diperoleh 14 artikel yang memenuhi syarat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat tujuh intervensi teknik relaksasi yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan skor kecemasan, antara lain: diaphragmatic breathing relaxation (DBR), teknik papworth, teknik relaksasi nafas bersalin, aromaterapi, Jacobson’s relaxation, Benson Relaxation Method (BRM), CD relaksasi otogenik swadaya, mendengarkan musik meditatif, mendengarkan Musik Pilihan, mendengarkan Musik Santai dan Emotional Freedom Techniques. Kesimpulan, DBR, teknik papworth, teknik relaksasi nafas bersalin, aromaterapi, Jacobson’s relaxation, BRM, CD relaksasi otogenik swadaya, mendengarkan musik meditatif, mendengarkan Musik Pilihan, mendengarkan Musik Santai dan Emotional Freedom Techniques efektif untuk menurunkan skor kecemasan.
