IMPLEMENTASI TELENURSING DALAM MENGEVALUASI ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN SETELAH PULANG RAWAT INAP

Telenursing merupakan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan kepada pasien/keluarga yang diberikan jarak jauh dengan menggunakan teknologi internet bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi asuhan keperawatan dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Setelah pasien pulang kerumah masih harus di lakukan evaluasi asuhan keperawatan terutama evaluasi edukasi yang di berikan. Evaluasi setelah pasien pulang sulit dilakukan karena jarak perawat dengan tempat tinggal pasien jauh, kesibukan perawat yang tinggi sehingga perawat tidak memiliki waktu luang untuk mengunjungi pasien. Tujuan literatur review untuk mendapatkan gambaran implementasi telenursing dalam mengevaluasi asuhan keperawatan pada pasien penyakit kronis dan pembedahan setelah pulang rawat inap yang berfokus kepada aplikasi dan keefektifan telenursing. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah menggunakan telaah dari beberapa literatur yang berfokus kepada efektifitas telenursing. Enam data based yang dimasukkan kedalam telaah ini yaitu Scopus, Mendeley, ProQuest Sciencedirect, Oxford Journals, dan Google Scholar, terdiri dari 23 referensi berupa buku dan jurnal yang berfokus kepada telenursing. Hasil dari telaah literatur didapatkan bahwa implementasi telenursing sangat efektif dan dapat membantu perawat dalam melakukan evaluasi asuhan keperawatan setelah pasien pulang dari rawat inap.
