Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perawat di rumah sakit rujukan seperti RSUD Provinsi NTB menghadapi tuntutan kerja yang tinggi, yang berpotensi mengganggu stabilitas psikososial dan kinerja klinis mereka. Memahami peran work-life balance dan stres kerja sebagai determinan sosial sangat penting untuk menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara sistematis literatur terkait dampak work-life balance dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja perawat, dengan memfokuskan pada peran burnout sebagai variabel mediasi dalam konteks epidemiologi psikososial.

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengikuti pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui database Scopus dan Google Scholar pada rentang tahun 2014-2024. Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel jurnal asli yang membahas interaksi variabel psikososial pada tenaga kesehatan di lingkungan rumah sakit.

Hasil: Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki korelasi negatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, sementara work-life balance yang terjaga dengan baik berperan sebagai prediktor positif bagi produktivitas perawat. Burnout teridentifikasi sebagai variabel mediasi yang sangat penting; stres kronis dan ketidakseimbangan peran mengakibatkan kelelahan emosional yang secara sistemik menurunkan standar asuhan keperawatan.

Kesimpulan: Kinerja perawat sangat bergantung pada manajemen kesehatan mental dan keseimbangan kehidupan-kerja. Manajemen RSUD Provinsi NTB disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan strategi pencegahan burnout dalam kebijakan operasional guna memastikan keberlanjutan kualitas pelayanan publik.
