EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY IN THE DIGITAL ERA: A LITERATURE REVIEW (2020–2025)

Produktivitas karyawan telah lama menjadi pusat perhatian dalam literature manajemen dan sumber daya manusia. Periode 2020 – 2025 menandai pergeseran besar yang dipicu oleh pandemic, digitalisasi, serta perubahan social-kultural yang cepat. Artikel ini menyajikan review literature terhadap 81 publikasi yang relevan dari basis data Scopus, dengan focus pada determinan produktivitas karyawan yang mencakup factor tehnologi, praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia, lingkungan kerja dan keberlanjutan, kepemimpinan serta keterlibatan, dan konteks sosio-kultural maupun institusional. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas tidak hanya dipengaruhi factor internal organisasi, tetapi juga oleh integrasi tehnologi, dinamika kerja hybrid, serta tekanan budaya dan politik. Sintesis ini menghasilkan peta konseptual yang menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan multi-level dan kontekstual. Artikel ini berkontribusi pada penguatan kerangka teoriitis sekaligus menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi global dalam meningkatkan produktivitas yang berkelanjutan.
