PENGARUH INTERVENSI LUMBAR FLEXION EXERCISE & LUMBAR STABILIZATION EXERCISE TERHADAP KASUS SPONDYLOLISTHESIS POSTERIOR VERTEBRA LUMBAL GRADE I: A CASE STUDY

Spondylolisthesis merupakan kondisi yang menggambarkan terjadinya selip anterior, lateral, atau posterior dari salah satu bagian diskus vertebra diatas yang lain. Salah satu tipe dari spondylolisthesis adalah translasi vertebra ke posterior atau disebut juga dengan retrolisthesis. Pergeseran corpus vertebra dapat meningkatkan resiko komplikasi neurologis yang terjadi karena adanya kompresi pada persarafan di bagian tulang belakang. Gejala umum yang dapat timbul akibat kompresi akar saraf pada tulang belakang meliputi nyeri, mati rasa, kesemutan, atau kelemahan otot pada extremitas bawah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Lumbar Stabilization Exercise dan William Flexion Exercise terhadap intensitas nyeri, kekuatan otot dan kemampuan fungsional pada pasien dengan kasus Spondylolisthesis Posterior Verterbra Lumbal 5 Grade I. Intervensi diberikan selama 6x pertemuan berupa latihan supine twisted stretch, pigeon supine stretch, single and double knee to chest serta bridging. Hasil dari intervensi yang diberikan terjadi penurunan tingkat intensitas nyeri, peningkatan kekuatan otot extremitas bawah, serta penurunan tingkat disabilitas aktivitas fungsional yang diukur dengan kuisioner Oswestry Disability Index (ODI).
