This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to introduce the concepts of geometry and measurement through an ethnomathematics approach by using the traditional game patok lele as a mathematics learning medium in elementary school. The activity was carried out at SDI Paga with lower-grade students as the target, using demonstration, hands-on practice, and question-and-answer methods. It began with an introduction to standard and non-standard measuring instruments, followed by measuring the playing field, measuring the length of the game equipment, and measuring the game results using both standard and non-standard units. The results show that students were able to understand the use of measuring instruments, distinguish between standard and non-standard measuring instruments, and apply measurement and geometry concepts through concrete learning experiences. In addition, students were able to compare lengths based on the measurements obtained during the game. The activity not only improved students' understanding of geometry and measurement concepts but also helped foster mathematical attitudes such as accuracy, honesty, discipline, cooperation, and logical thinking. Thus, the traditional game patok lele can serve as an effective, engaging, and relevant ethnomathematics-based learning medium to increase student engagement in the learning process.
