Alir Coffee, a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) in Malang Regency, produces coffee husk waste that has not been optimally utilized and has no procedure for processing it into value-added products. This community service aims to increase the partner's empowerment through participatory training and mentoring in the production of solid organic fertilizer. The activity was held at the Alir Coffee production house on 8 August 2026 through needs identification, material delivery, discussion, composting practice, the preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP), and a descriptive evaluation based on an indicator matrix before and after the activity. The practical material covered coffee husk preparation, mixing with rice husk and a microbial activator, moisture control, composting, maturation, and packaging. The evaluation shows an increase in the average achievement scores for competitiveness from 5% to 85%, application of science and technology from 10% to 86%, values from 25% to 85%, and skills from 10% to 84%. The activity produced a pilot solid organic fertilizer product, mentoring in the use of composter facilities, and a simple production SOP. The program demonstrates the potential to strengthen the partner's capacity and diversify its products through the use of coffee waste. Laboratory testing of compost quality and measurement of long-term economic impacts are still needed before wider commercial application.
