EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI STRATEGI MENINGKATKAN KINERJA DAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF PERUSAHAAN: STUDI LITERATURE REVIEW

Employee Engagement merupakan perhatian strategis penting yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja, retensi karyawan, dan kemanjuran organisasi secara keseluruhan. Tingkat engagement yang berkurang terbukti mengarah pada dampak keuangan yang substansif, terutama terlihat di sektor ritel, yang mengalami kerugian miliaran dolar setiap tahun karena pengurangan tenaga kerja. Penyelidikan ini sangat penting, karena tingkat engagement yang meningkat memiliki kapasitas untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, mengurangi tingkat perputaran, dan meningkatkan daya saing organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif, memanfaatkan survei, analisis statistik, dan studi kasus di berbagai sektor, termasuk perbankan, telekomunikasi, dan teknologi informasi. Variabel yang diperiksa meliputi kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, branding pemberi kerja, komunikasi internal, dan praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement menunjukkan korelasi positif dan signifikan secara statistik dengan kepuasan, motivasi, dan kinerja, sementara juga berfungsi sebagai faktor mediasi dalam efek dukungan organisasi dan strategi sumber daya manusia pada hasil yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan. Selain itu, inisiatif non-keuangan seperti pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel, memelihara lingkungan kerja, dan fokus pada kesejahteraan holistik telah ditunjukkan secara empiris untuk secara efektif meningkatkan tingkat egagement. Sebagai kesimpulan, peningkatan Employee Engagement tidak hanya mempengaruhi pekerja individu, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai fondasi penting untuk keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan organisasi dalam konteks persaingan global.
