WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN QUALITY OF WORK LIFE PADA KARYAWAN SUPERCRAZYSALE

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara Work-Life Balance (WLB) dan Quality of Work Life (QWL) pada karyawan Supercrazysale, sebuah perusahaan e-commerce dengan sistem kerja fleksibel dan berbasis target. Perkembangan industri digital telah mengubah pola kerja organisasi menjadi lebih dinamis dengan jam kerja yang fluktuatif dan tuntutan performa tinggi, yang berpotensi memengaruhi persepsi karyawan terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional dan melibatkan 81 karyawan tetap yang telah bekerja minimal enam bulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala Work-Life Balance yang dikembangkan oleh Greenhaus et al. (2003) dan instrumen Quality of Work Life berdasarkan model Walton (1975) yang diadaptasi oleh Timossi et al. (2008). Hasil uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa skala WLB memiliki koefisien Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,839 dan skala QWL sebesar 0,920, yang menunjukkan konsistensi internal yang sangat baik. Analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara WLB dan QWL (r = –0,110; p = 0,328). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Work-Life Balance bukan merupakan determinan utama Quality of Work Life dalam konteks organisasi e-commerce yang dinamis. Kualitas kehidupan kerja dalam konteks ini lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor struktural organisasi seperti sistem kompensasi, keamanan kerja, beban kerja, dan kebijakan manajerial. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dalam memperkaya literatur mengenai hubungan WLB dan QWL pada sektor industri digital
