IDENTIFIKASI DAN ELIMINASI PEMBOROSAN DALAM PROSES PENERIMAAN PERSEDIAAN MEDIS

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jenis-jenis pemborosan yang kemungkinan terjadi pada proses penerimaan barang di rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini sebagai pentunjuk dalam memperjelas tentang pemborosan yang sering terjadi pada proses penerimaan barang. Dalam penelitian ini mneggunakan sumber data sekunder dari beberapa jurnal ilmiah dan buku bacaan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian ini deskriptif analisis dengan menerangkan bebrapa proses pemborosan yang terjadi dalam proses penerimaan barang di rumah sakit. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan secara garis besar jika pemborosan dalam penerimaan barang terjadi pada proses pemesanan barang, pengiriman barang dari supplier, sistem penerimaan barang oleh rumah sakit, pemeriksaan barang, pencatatan barang dan pelaporan dan penyimpanan barang.
