KEADILAN ORGANISASI DAN LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE: ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK TENTANG HUBUNGAN DAN DAMPAKNYA

Bidang kepemimpinan lebih khusus ke Keadilan organisasi berhubungan Leader member exchange, meskipun mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan, masih terfragmentasi. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengonsolidasikan bidang ini dengan melakukan tinjauan bibliometrik terhadap 73 artikel dan terdapat 63 dokumen sekunder untuk memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif tentang penelitian Keadilan organisasi berhubungan Leader member exchange. Analisis sitasi mengungkapkan empat kelompok kesamaan kepribadian antar pimpinan dan bawahan yang mempengaruhi sikap kerja; Hubungan Organisasional keadilan dan leader member exchange; LMX adalah konsep yang menggambarkan kualitas hubungan; Implikasi teori dan hasil keadilan organisasi dan leader member exchange . Selain itu, analisis penggabungan bibliografi menyoroti lima bidang baru: praktik kesamaan pribadi dan leader member exchange; memungkinkan keadilan oragnisasi dan perilaku Leader member exchange; perspektif holistik dan kontekstual yang menginformasikan hubungan keadilan organisasi terhadapLeader member exchange; elemen iklim etis dalam melihat interaksasi secara budaya . Kami mensintesiskan temuan-temuan ini untuk mengusulkan agenda penelitian masa depan yang bertujuan untuk mendorong kemajuan teoritis dan empiris dari penelitian kepemimpinan dengan fokus keadilan.
